How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Karte nicht aktivierbar

Die Sim-Karte war nicht aktivierbar, sodass ich einen Tag in der Steinzeit war. Was sehr ärgerlich war, da ich noch 2 Stunden mit dem Auto fahren musste, was ohne Google-Maps eine Herausforderung war. Habe mir dann am nächsten Tag eine Sim von T-Mobile organisiert und frage mich warum ich soviel Vorfeld gezahlt habe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

It says 4cents/MB but if recharge costs 12,95 its actually 5,2 cents/MB. It's a good price, too. But maybe you should change your description to the correct price.
